Harmony is currently too much entrenched in studios, but still. Toonz going open source, however, could potentially be quite disruptive for products such as Anime Studio and Toonboom Advanced. So far we have had Krita, the "new" (Flash) Animate, a new 2d cutout animation addon for Blender (which already has seen further improvements), ClipStudio's animation tools, and now this! Yes, 2016 is turning out to be a big one for 2d animation software.
