I assumed it was for a peer networking app that came with my computer (Dell) and that I never used. The driver is for a virtual device, which means it does not really exist in physical form. I had this issue also with my Get Windows 10 app. Also I found another thread about this issue and after reading over some of it it seems like I don't need the Virtual Wireless adapter as that's for hotspots, but I may just need an updated version of my Broadcom Network Adapter as I did try upgrading last night and I had a wireless connection for a moment which gave me enough time for the computer to find my wireless and connect to it.but then it decided there was no connection and actually just no networks at all when I clicked the wireless icon in my system tray to show networks so I could connect to one.
